Refund Policy

1. Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The item must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days of authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (in plastic), with tags and labels attached.

  • A maximum of 8 items can be returned per order.
  • We recommend trying on and checking all purchased items upon receipt to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary. After 14 days, all orders are final sale.

If the customer keeps merchandise worth less than the free minimum shipping threshold ($50) from the order, we will charge the original shipping fee.

Note: All sale items and any items discounted over 25% are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or return.

There are no returns for items in damaged or used condition.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless exceptions apply.
  • Return acceptance for refunds is at our sole discretion.
  • Items returned that do not comply with the policy may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer swaps for sizes or colors. A new order must be placed, and the item can be returned.

3. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received within 30 days from the purchase date, a gift code will be emailed to you.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

5. Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless certain exceptions apply.

We are not responsible for the pilling, pimpling, or shrinking of garments.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
